Gary came to the IT industry after various years in restaurant and hospitality management and achieved his Bachelor of Science from New York Institute of Technology. A true IT professional, Gary has extensive experience in diverse financial services environments as system engineer, network administrator and IT director. Gary joined TekScape in September of 2013 as the Director of Services and provides solid internal structure and management with a focus on customer service excellence.

Frank Romano is the Financial Controller of TekScape. His responsibilities include overseeing all Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Facilities and HR departments for the company. Romano has an extensive background in Finance, Accounting, Operations, Budgeting, Treasury and Distribution. Romano works closely with the CEO Dave Smith to help plan, implement and execute on a business model to focus on its core values and a sound growth plan that will increase the bottom line and enhance TekScape’s position in the industry. Prior to joining TekScape Frank worked for over 33 years in the media industry. Romano holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the New York Institute of Technology.

Alex has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace engineering from the University of Florida, an MBA from UMass, and an MA in Finance from Harvard University. He has been in sales since 1997 and has lead sales teams in engineering solutions for almost a decade. Alex’s success in sales and sales management is attributed to his basic understanding that repeat customers and sales growth are the result of a well-trained sales force that always puts the client and it’s needs first.

Born and raised in Boston, Paul is the second employee of TekScape and serves as the backbone of the organization. He has a proven track record in Operations and Business Management. Paul is an executor of all logistics and operations strategy and leads his team to perfection in all environments of the business. Paul has extensive experience in IT project manager and is the leader of TekScape’s PMO team.

Nathan initiated his career in IT sixteen years ago in Mystic, Connecticut setting up computers for other engineers. Two years later he began managing a team of engineers and then moved to Boston and worked for Fidelity where he oversaw all aspects of their equity analyst and trading floor desktop environments. Nathan started at TekScape in 2008 as the second engineer hired and he began building the Unified Collaboration team, which he currently manages today at TekScape.

Mekki has over ten years of industry experience. Most recently he was a lead engineer at Derivce Technologies where he was hands on delivering systems centric solutions to their professional services client base. Mekki holds industry certifications in VMWare, Microsoft Cloud and Exchange, among others. Mekki joined TekScape in 2015 where he designs and implements system software and hardware platforms, as well as leads a team of system engineers.

Pete earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from San Diego State University. Since earning his degree, his fifteen year career has included national carriers, enterprises, Internet startups and financials. Pete joined TekScape in the summer of 2012. He currently manages the Network Engineering team where he continues to design, implement and operate high performance, highly reliable network infrastructures.
